Resonate AI Terms and Conditions

Resonate AI is a private limited company, utilising artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide services related, but not limited, to climate, ESG and sustainability report analysis, benchmarking, enhancement, policy interpretation and reporting.

Resonate AI relies on the information supplied by the client, user, third parties or public availability. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that any information supplied by them or by third parties acting on their behalf is correct. Every effort is made to check and validate the work carried for and on behalf of clients. However, Resonate AI cannot be held responsible for errors arising directly or indirectly from incorrect information supplied to us, by users, clients or others acting on their behalf. Resonate AI cannot be responsible for any reliance on actions to this agreement or for any losses that may occur as a result of these actions.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Resonate AI respects the confidentiality of our clients and potential clients. Every effort is made to ensure that all information supplied is treated as confidential. It will not be revealed to third parties except where, in the opinion of the Directors and staff of ResonateAI, it is necessary for the task in hand, or if we are specifically instructed to do so by the client or potential client. We reserve the right to send correspondence acting on behalf to third parties, whether we have supplied the client or potential client with copy letters in advance or not. We meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations.

We reserve the right to store your name, email address, position and company data provided to us for direct marketing purposes. Resonate AI will not sell or rent your name, email address, position, company or logo to third parties and take reasonable steps to protect from unauthorised use or disclosure. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from Resonate AI at any time.

Intellectual Property and Marketing

Resonate AI will own all intellectual property.

Unless otherwise agreed, Resonste AI may use Client's name, logo, and any non confidential project details for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to, case studies, website content, and social media posts.

Fees and Payment Terms

The offer to supply services is an estimate of the costs involved based on our estimate of the time required using the knowledge available at the time the estimate is made. We reserve the right to revise the estimate once the task has commenced if additional information suggests that the original estimate was incorrect. We also reserve the right to review fees after that date.

Clients are billed in arrears, monthly unless otherwise agreed. Wherever work is on-going, we reserve the right to invoice for payments on account. If the client fails to make the staged payments Resonate AI reserves the right not to supply additional services until they have been made in full. Fees become due for payment 20 days from the date of invoice. Where an account remains outstanding later than this date, we reserve the right to charge additional fees to cover excess administration costs until the account is paid in full.

In the case of on-going contracts, fees and terms and conditions are reviewed periodically, and clients will be informed verbally or in writing of any changes.
